Someone in the videogame hardware development trade seems to be sued for patent infringement on a weekly basis these days. The latest case comes from Shared Memory Graphics LLC who claim Nintendo, Sony and Apple have all infringed on their patent.
The Wall Street Journal reports that the California-based company is suing Nintendo, Sony and Apple for infringing on their patented graphic accelerator systems. The PS2, PSP, Wii and a range of iPods all allegedly infringe on the patent.
Nintendo, Sony and Apple are yet to comment on the issue.
