Yeeah im the same has Gaetano I like to listen to the detail of sounds the game puts out but if i was to listen while playing say call of duty i would listen to music that would get my going e.g. Bullet for my Vallentine or persay metallica

+2 for racing games actually i turn off the music in most games & turn down the sound effects too, due to my chronic headaches. i used to have a mellow playlist full of Muse & **** like that but even that got to be too much...

Seeing I play Rock Band & Guitar Hero games alot then nah I dont really need a playlist , after those games I play mainly car racing games which usually have their own rocking soundtrack.

I don't really listen to Music while gaming, though It tends to be popular. This is Proved If you have a Headset on. You get what is known as "Headset DJ" up to 8 players, a Mixture of heavy metal, Dance, even some opera chucked In, Screaming through the Headset all at once.

Next comes the Mute feature.

I always listen to the in-game music, unless its a racing game and then I *might* change to some Green Day, Living End, Alkaline Trio or something. Rock music is great for racing, unless you're drifting in GRID - in which case you need ABSOLUTE concentration lol
