Well I just got home and chucked my PS3 version on, did the install and....
TURNED IT OFF 15 MINUTES LATER
Sorry guys but looks terrible compared to my Xbox version, also the Xbox had a better framerate. The PS3 is a bit fuzzy and also edges of cars look really nasty....

Well it must be your TV or your eyes coz mine looks AWESOME. No issues with framerate or aliasing.

Hey dude it's not my TV nor my eyes, my eyes are fine and my TV is sexy and big! Im not saying it looks UGLY nor am I saying it has framerate issues, I'm just saying the Xbox version seems to run smoother and be more detailed and just genrally look a bit nicer that's all

you might have to do a certain mission first. Usually L1 calls a cab if theres one nearby then you hold triangle to get in

hold down L1 and whistle then hold down triangle and Nicko should ran over to the taxi and he asks for your destination and you choose this with the R stick
