It doesn't matter if you kill Francis coz u can just go out with Kiki Jenkins. She is a lawyer and also loses your wanted level, but can only do it when they are on you for not much reason. So if you bump into a cop car you call her but if your running down countless people like me she can't really do much.

I just killed Francis to see what happened.. not a whole lot. A thanks from the guys (all brothers lol) and a funeral mission - which you get either way. Im gonna kill Derek, cause as much as I hate Francis i'll at least get something out of him.

Thats odd - I just ran straight past the cops and hoped in a car, he came running out of the warehouse a second later and jumped in. Maybe just do your own thing and forget about him... see if that works, cause if you kill the cops then your wanted levels goes up even more and its even harder to lose it.

Even if there is to be something, Microsoft isn't dumb enough to invest 50mil on DLC for a game without a pretty significant clause in the contract that makes it worthwhile
