yeah Ive heard that some EB stores are starting the midnight launch at 10pm? Does this mean we will be able to pick up the game at 10pm instead of waiting around til 12? Im in Melbourne, has any previous midnight launches been like this?

I rang EB Games Burwood on Monday.

Store opens about 10 pm. They will gather everyone near the store, also make sure everyone has paid off their pre-order etc and then at midnight, release the game. THere may also be some lucky draws, giveaways if there are enough people. Also, Id think its like 5-10 in the store at a time so its not crowded etc.

I got a phone call yesterday from EB saying that my SE pack was in, and i can come and pick it up midnight on the 28th!

I think i'll break into the store tonight though....

hehe yeah i suppose theyw ould be chasing money LOL. I have it pre ordered at EB but I cbf going to midnight launch cos I have work next day anyway so I wont get it to play til tuesday night so I pre ordered it at JB last night so I can pick it up then and thrash it until my eyes bleed haha.
