I disliked gold rush, period. It's like "wtb tickets plz". But it was something different I guess. I don't think they realised the popularity of conquest mode, since it was offered primarily in the previous titles, and people couldn't argue.

yeh i think it is a good change from routine and fun. Interesting to see how the maps can rotate so much. The games do finish too quickly i found though. Gold rush was fun for the tactics involved and bases were actually utilised. End of the line i found was the best map.

Download is only 98 mb. Not at all huge. You have to go into custom match and choose conquest mode. It is great BTW. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this patch has also remedied any gameplay issues at all. The game has a differetn flow which is nice. You will come across waves of enemies at different random times rather than always knowing where they are trying to get to and where they are coming from as in Gold Rush. Not dissing gold rush at all but overall BFBC is a far better package now. Interestingly enough, having Gold Rush as the first available game mode was a good thing because you had to get used to it as the only mode. With COD4 I don't even know what is going on in half the game modes. Would BF have gotten a better review score if it had come out with Conquest as well? We will never know.

I liked Conquest in Ascension and End of the Line maps, tis quite awesome and I also like how they added more buildings... in oasis you can literally roof hop from one to the next!

I just inserted my copy of BF:BC into my console (it updated itself before I even started to use the game), and when I used the code that came with the email after you registered for BF:BC updates email, I entered the code to "unlock" the weapon (M60) and then went to my emails and saw that I had already registered the game, even though I didn't use the normal game registration page and I wanted to if the game disc has some registration activation stuff included or not.

And 5 sec vehicle in the air.

Had 800 points in one game and toped almost every single map, had a great team.

Yer, i was the guy who was trying to do the squad invite with you but it wasnt working. I was trying to get the weapon unlock for the Find All Five on the demo.

Once i was playing and got 860 IAR (the team i was versing was sh*t)and got the tank warfare trophy 3 times.

I have the full version as well i just wanted someone to vs because they shut down pretty much all of the servers for the demo and it is soo hard to get into a game so i thought i would just make my own squad.
