I'm now playing MGS1 (never played it again) and I can play it on my PSP, PS2 or PS3 (when it comes back).
Which console should I play the game on?

Well then. I'll play MGS2 first then (on my PS2) and play MGS1 when my PS3 comes back from the Sony repair centre.
Is that a good idea? Or do you guys recommend MGS1 -> MGS2 -> MGS3 -> MGS4 (I'm playing MGS4 a 2nd time, by that time ... it should support trophies already 
)

MGS3 should be first,it's chronologically correct,follwed by MGS1,MGS2 then 4.

Ok. I'm planning on playing MGS1 first, and on my PSP. I'll see if the game save is compatible with my PS2 and PS3 later on
(I have a feeling it won't because it's generated by the Popstation on my PSP)

I have tried looking for Metal Gear Solid 1 everywhere.
Does anybody know if it would be possible to somehow download Metal Gear Solid 1 on my computer?
I think there actually is a PC version of it but I cannot find it anywhere. Or maybe there is an Playstation Emulator which can play the game?

Hey guys i've got a question.
In act 1 just after meeting up with the mk.II. Theres a door to the right side of the map in the small hallway u use to to sneak by the pmcs, that glows like an item does when u have night vision enabled, and it looks like its almost on fire when in normal vision.
Is there something special behind to door or is there just a fire behind it and the night vision is just showing the heat from it??

agreed. the story does work way better if played from 1 to 4..
i finally finished mgs4! i know i'm pretty late doing it (hey, i gotta balance work, social stuff, and mgs4) but damn its an awesome game!
i gotta say, what an ending to complete the entire series

Yeah, it was a well made game. It really shows what the PS3 is capable of though.
What is it with Raiden? Do they deliberately make him to be a total tool.... 
And those camel-toe high heels they made him wear. Can't they give the poor guy some dignity? People already hated him enough after MGS2

yeh if you have the memory card adapter you can copy both PS1 and PS2 memory cards to your PS3.

New camos for MGS4 will leave you crying and screaming
In addition to new DLC for MGO today, Konami has released two camouflages for your OctoCamo in Metal Gear Solid 4 for those of us who wish to keep our adventures offline. Like the Laughing and Raging camos, the Crying and Screaming camos are each imbued with the respective emotion. When Snake puts one of these babies on, approaching an enemy and placing them in a CQC hold and letting them go will result in either crying or screaming. You can download them from the Extras section of MGS4's main menu. Have fun!
