indeed they can fold more efficiently, but PS3 still lacks the flexibility of a PC. Its like PS3s and GPU folders makeup half the Folding@Home team, the guns of the team, specialized, whereas the other half is all PC's, flexible, can move to different positions etc. We need both halves to make the research work.
So guys if possible, plz consider just installing the program for your PC as well. It doesn't mean u have to leave it on 24/7, just use the computer as you would normally and it will run in the background, which unfortunately PS3's cant run in background yet.
