Yeah, the actual folding just uses the PS3's CPUs. Internet is only needed for downloading and uploading.\

lol - u know this is one reason why its so hard to recruit folders... so many think that it constantly sucks your bandwith & people are afraid of using their month's quota in a week - thats fair enough (if it was the case). Thats why i always state, it only uses the net at the start and end, bout 3-5mb (can easily be less) tops of quota each download.

yous really ought to build yaself as a top foldin team - PS3 teams are climbin the stats so damn fast, you guys just need more members. Keep up ya good recruitin, hopefully MyPS3 AU can be in the top 500 teams by Christmas.. but theres gotta be a lotta hard work recruitin until then

Hahaha Mateo, just keep trying. I'm pretty sure I'll slip up soon, I have so many games to play! And now that I have finished footy, my saturdays awill be spent plyaing PS3 rather than folding

dammit, a footballer that i didn't snag for my team Aussie Rules Footy! lol kiddin, it doesn't matter what team ur in, as long as the results get back to Stanford.

More importantly tho liam_w, u must play Footy for Benalla? Which Benalla team u play for, the GV one (saints i think?), or All-blacks (i think thats what it is?)? I used to play for Dookie back in '04 (Thirds) when Central Goulburn league was still in.. u play then?

Hey Ash, nah I just play regional footy. In the Benalla and District footy league. For Swanpool.
We didnt go well this season But its still fun!
I hate All Blacks cos they are all drugoes and (insert colourful exlicit language)! And Saints... they are very Jocky and piss on each other and stuff. Freaks.

lol too bad for Benalla! did u know a kid called 'Baldy'? I remember we bet them in our first game for the year, and during the 2nd game of the year, i was asked to defend on him (im ussually center half or full-forward), and he kept tryin to fight me.. mind you hes a big guy, and probably woulda bet me in a fight, but he kept swingin slaps and scratched me across the face just coz i kept nudgin him and puttin my shoulder in front of his lol he was so cut lol, i wouldn't cared if he had tried to fight me, coz i woulda got in my punches! lol

bad news on PS3 foldin for me, my boss has told me to get the lcd tv out of the display cabinet i've got the PS3 sittin in, so i can no longer fold.. FOR NOW! Hes complainin im not showin any games & stuff off (he doesn't know what im doin lol). Hopefully i can makeup an excuse to keep a display in there, maybe i can convince him i can run demo discs on it for a while, see what he thinks.. and i'll try and switch it over to folding@home before we go home, so i can atleast still fold overnite.
