PS3, mans best friend. - 10/10

Where should i start? there is so much about the ps3. well, lets start with the beginning of these years (200-2007). sony released the dominator, best selling console ever the ps2.

The Ps2 holds the record for the highest selling console, and it still does. Sony decided that it was time to make it smaller in size. So sony called it "PS2 slim" which was remarkably thinner and slimmer in size.

Sony, again before ps3 major plans, decides to go with another ps2 design for the last gen consoles. So what did they do? they gave the ps2 a makeover. thats what they did.
its exactly the same slim ps2, but just coloured, to make the girls attracted to it.



Now:
Sony goes into every aspect that they can to make this the best console ever made. but there were so many changes during the design period.

This was some of the changes made during the design process:


as you can see, there is big changes, the top silver ps3 being the "concept" the one in the middle being the "20gig"
and the bottom one being the "60gig"
They took out the 2 usb ports at the back, aswell as the other 2 LAN ports and the 2 HDMI ports.



This was one of the "concept PS3" package. it was not the same as todays PS3.

also the front of the 20gig does not have the silver faceplate or trim, instead its just black.


and something that most people want.

Here is my rating for the lovley ps3:

Packaging- 9/10 - the neatest box with everything covered inside, and out of harms way.

And here is the 20 gig box


and the 60gig:


Size- 8/10 - with this big box sitting in your lounge room, guests would say, "what happened to your cat"?


Noise- 10/10 - very quiet, and does some spins when loading games.



Bundles- 10/10 - right now the ps3 is bundled with 2 controllers and 2 games.



and the games:





Weight- 8/10 - its a big box but who cares, it does the job its supposed to, and it has nothing to be hidden away from users. 5kg, thats not really heavy...

Value- 10/10 - something i can say is worth buying

Overall- 10/10 - sony has come a long way, since the ps2. now look what they have done. isnt it wonderful?

so now you can say the ps3 is the best console. it has many features and caters for all of your gaming needs. no matter what game, you will never expirence that gameplay anywhere else or on anyother console.

HOME is another ps3 great, its free and its great
