Number 6 is by far the worst IMO... they were trespassing, so any liability should automatically be waived on the city's behalf.

Oh but I've got a beauty from over here in WA, a guy recently (last year I think) sued a town council because when he was driving on a gravel road at a high speed he fishtailed and spun out of control, writing off his car. He said that the council were responsible for putting up signs saying "Gravel Dangerous in Wet"... and guess what... he won

Australia and Europe are becoming more like the US though... once upon a time anyone would look at that and think, "well arent you a dickhead"... but not anymore. If someone sticks their hand in a blender and there isnt a sticker saying "dont put any body part in this product" then you could sue and would probably be successful about it as well. Theres no such thing as "common sense" anymore.
