Quick question on COD4 Prestige

only started playing COD4 on-line a few months and want to know what to expect after achieving and completing the final Prestige Mode

What happens to the Achievements, Unlocked Items and all that?

As for achievements, I wouldn't know as IW never gave us trophies.

But I say nothing happens except for the fact that you've actually reached the 10th prestige and you're among the many devoted to the game.

Thanks K-Man, pretty much play COD4 on-line most of the time so guess you can say I'm a devotee to the game.

Wonder if Infinity Ward can include a Trophies update before MW2 comes out? I mean they did give us that 1.4 patch recently. Now THAT'D be really something!!

I highly doubt that, MW2 is out in two months, you think gamers have time to get all the trophies by then?

You would only go prestige if you had the determination to reach the highest rank with no bonuses or incentives. Thats right, Infinity Ward made it like you just started from lvl 1 again just with a new badge..

About them 'Golden Guns', wouldn't it be nice to getting ALL weapon classes to go ALL Gold instead on just the one?

i stoped at the 3rd prestige. gettin to th2 10th prestige is hardcore hard. i just started gettin the gold guns. didnt make it. i got to into COD WAW. i think i might go all the way with MW2

Having attained Level 55 on your 10th Prestige, does the Ranking System restart?
