Activision has revealed that one of their breakthrough titles, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare has passed yet another milestone.
Gamasutra reports that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare has sold over 13 million copies worldwide since it launched in November 2007, according to Activision executive Mike Griffith.
Griffith also mentioned that gamers were keen to get a look at the upcoming Modern Warfare 2. In the first 24 hours that the original trailer for the game was available it was viewed 1.3 million times, suggesting there may be more than a little interest in the sequel which is set to be release later this year.
