I got the email from GAME stating that the LE being on their web page was a glitch as well.
Ill call EB tomorrow and see what they say.
I am gunna have to kill someone if i rock up to JB on release day and they say "We made a mistake, you can only get the standard edition"

Random thought, but does anybody else listen to the Kojima Productions Report? Did you hear Ryan's "Campus Masterbater" story? Made me think how awesome of an easter egg it would be if Ryan appeared as a guard in MGS4. Then you can hear his radio screaming, "CAMPUS MASTERBATER!" and have him run off.

The EB i just called said he HOPES that they will be getting more copies in because Atari has placed a hold on pre orders for that edition. He's not sure if they are sold out or what, just that they are on hold. The JB i just called said he is 99% sure that they are getting it in.

I'm not even sure if I'm going to like Metal Gear Solid 4.
I decided to pre-order it because it's a Sony PS3 exclusive.
(And because my coin helped my decision 
)
Anyway, I pre-ordered mine from eStarland.com (again) for USD55.95, not the special edition.

Go look around for some copies. I'm sure EB will have used ones of at least 2 and 3.

if you have a wii or gamecube you should get twin snakes the remake of the original. Its good news that they might be getting some more LE

i was just reading and i just realised that we played as a different character in snake eater as the rest of the mgs. call me uninformed but it all confused me because they are all snake. we actually play as solid snakes father in mgs3. did everyone know that? im just curious if people did because i had no idea

You can Tell by the Box on his chest which is definatly a Big Codec.

You did play MGS3 didn't you. didn't you get the whole *SPOILER* Boss thing and snake becoming Big Boss at the end and the timeline at the end that shows liquid, solid and solidus being born years after.
lol anyways the scans for the OPSM UK review are on metalgearsolid4.net for those interested. The site is good got backstories and stuff on it as well
