They should be the same, the packaging and manual on the english language one MAY be in another language though, I'm not 100% on that but either should be fine.

Ryan Payton has confirmed that the EU/US/AU version only has English audio and that the Japanese version only has Japanese audio.

The Japanese version won't come with English subtitles either, unless it's the English Language Version, which is a shame.

my mates copies of the metal gears 1, 2 ,3 were all bought in japan an have english subtitles so its strange that they are not including it in metal gear 4

i bet you they are on there but they wont say so , so people buy the game from there own region to help support the regional distibutors of the game

i guess we wll find out for certain soon enough

Japanese only has japanese language and subtitles.
But HK version divides into 2 editions: Japanese edition and Us edition.
U can find them on play-asia, they both have sp edition but the price has not been confirmed yet.

I'm having a hard time imagining myself happy at all on the day of launch. If I go early I've got a feeling only people with an LE preorder will be there. They'll all leave grinning with their copies while I'm stuck with a SE looking all mopey. Sounds so pathetic and sad...
