Get the MGS4 LE (Asian version) for US$90 from Play-Asia, then also get the 12" Old Snake figurine (also from Play-Asia)...although you won't be able to play the bonus BD on your PS3, I'm sure they'll be multi-zoned BD players out there in a year or two?!? (it's inevitable!).

Sure you'll be paying a lot more and need to be very patient to get to watch the bonus BD, but I'm sure you'll love that 12" Snake of yours and you can still listen to the soundtrack cd aswell!

Not a cheap alternative, but it may work!?

And to all the people crying about people with LE's wanting more for it than it costs, why is it our fault you didn't get in early enough and pre-order it while they were still available? If you were so hardcore desperate for a LE, you should have been first in line. Why, would I give you something so sort after, for exactly the same price I'm paying for it? Why wouldn't I just keep it? I just walked in one day, and got told by my manager mate that they were starting, so I said put me down for one. No one is forcing you to pay more for it - if you don't want to, just go without.

If however, people are desperate for a LE, PM your offers. Offers should include total purchase price (after pickup) as I don't have my receipt, but am mates with the manager there. Up to you.
