Yes, that is correct. Although there was some miscommunication between Konami and Atari, Australia initially wasn't officially announced to receive the LE versions from Konami. It was only ever announced for Europe! But since the pre-orders have already taken place, Konami was kind enough to honor "our" pre-orders! (all hail Konami!)
For those who didn't get the chance to pre-order the LE version, don't lose hope...for now. There is still a chance you could get one on release day! Don't ask me how though. Who knows, Santa might give you an early xmas pressie!

the box must be pretty big to hold a 6inch snake. the snake must be cool. the figures cost hundreds separately.
