yes... yes it does.
Also been checking any NZ store i can think of and it looks like they are in the same situation. I was reading that the region code for blu ray is the same in europe does that mean we could get it from there or would MGO not work properly

I'd think that a European version would work fine, but there's the issue of languages. The UK LE is exclusive to Play.com and they only ship to the UK.
I think the idea of Atari offering a few copies through their website would be a good idea.
