It seemed to me that any of the cut-scenes at the end would have sufficed. Almost like Hideo didn't know what one to use so he used them all.

Aww. It's much more fun if you figure it out yourself... :[
But you have to CQC him first with the syringe equipped, then press triangle.

Just tried it (and it came up as OLD SNAKE)...and although many are skeptical that it ISN'T Kojima san's PSN ID..."I" myself think it just might be?...either that or aMGS4 fan based in Japan (or using the JPSN)...because remember if YOU add me, another name will appear (another name other than my PSN ID).
