MotorStorm - 8/10

Ok as one of my motto's in writting a reiew is keep it nice and short with all the useful information as possible.

-Gameplay-

This game really shows off the new 8-cell proccesor and it is really easy to notice if you look for the right thing.
Like the Computer driers will actually try and block you or swerve at you or even squish you! When playing the game and your in a vehicle, lets say a motorbike, the drivers that are in cars, trucks (4x4), Big Rigs (big trucks), and buggies will aim for you in order to nock you off, But computer driven bikers will just try and block you.

Main point
It just works, great game, only lacking short game life

-Graphics-

The graphics are not at their best on an ordinary Tv, but still look fantastic on a decent ordinary TV.
This game was just made for HD and if you have a HDTV I highly reccomend this game because it has some outstanding graphics.

Main point
If you have a low quality ordinary tv, looks Crap, if you have a high quality ordinary tv, looks good, if you have a HDTV, FANTASTIC

-Sound-

The background music isn't the colest or nicest music there is but the thing with the music that the crew at Evolution has chose for it suits the game and really stimulates the mind.
The Car/truck/motorbike dont sound too realistic but it sounds decent and it doesnt really bother me personally.

Main point
Music goes well when playing the game

-Things that click-

This game could not exist without three things,
1 = It is a great game for launch that shows off what the Ps3 is campable of doing.
2 = The driving experience couldn't be as exciting with normal computer drivers, but real time thinking makes the computer real realistic and great fun
3 = If it wasn't for the speed and power of the PlayStation3 the game would have real slow loading times.

-Overall-

This game is fantasic as a launch game but the numbers of tracks really lets this game down,

This game is just a showpony of the PS3
