but **** it was a good game when it came out.

Gran Turismo 5 creator Kazunori Yamauchi stated last month that Polyphony Digital could potentially release the game at “any time”. This came as a surprise to many considering the game wasn’t present in playable form at E3, but rather in a gameplay trailer. However, if Amazon is correct then Yamauchi definitely wasn’t kidding.

According to Amazon’s official listing for North America, Sony will release Gran Turismo 5 on December 29th, 2009. The fact that this date falls on a Tuesday only adds more credence since game publishers typically release their titles to retailers on Tuesdays. Oh, and you may remember this little tidbit spilled by SCEE chief executive James Armstrong last December.

I found a really quickish way to get money. I kept doing the race where you have to pass everyone in 1 lap driving the f40 ferrari. If you finish in the top 4 you win 40 grand for 1 laps work.
The F1 car is amazing, though. It craps all over (from a great height) the cars in F1 championship edition. Like i said earlier codemasters now have a very high standard to reach with their upcoming game.

Its hard getting used to the understeer at low speed though, but more realistic I guess

On the contrary, when Prologue was released it was only a day or two difference from us and Europe. The US is more likely to get it a week or so later than us. But Japan first ofcourse!
