Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - "Prestige Edition" will be selling at US retails store from early November 2009 at a staggering US$149.99. (RRP for PS3 and Xbox 360 versions) The contents included with the premium edition are as follows; • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 game • Steelcase book for the game disc • Night Vision Goggles • The original 'Call of Duty' title via download from PSN • A small sized Art book The most recent 'Collector' and 'Limited' edition prices at a premium in comparison to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 are priced accordingly; • Batman: Arkham Asylum Collector's Edition - US$90.99 • Ghostbusters the Video Game Amazon.com Exclusive Slimer Edition - US$109.99
