Heres a link to my thread for the GH3 guitar for sale, Im also throwing in access to my PSN for 1 day so the buyer can download all my GH3 DLC for free if buyer pays $65 (I have all GH3 DLC including the latest Motorhead pack except the 3 European tracks, this DLC alone would be worth over $65), for those not wanting the DLC reasonable offers will be considered.

The e-bay seller that I used provided a tracking number through USPS.
How long are copies of RB taking from Gamestop ?? It seems odd that they are always out of stock, or have been out of stock for the last month +, when there are a heap of suppliers on US e-bay that can supply *right now*....for a few bucks more.
I guess it depends on how bad you want to play ...

Yeah still haven't shipped mine. Ordered it on the 19th May. I'm really psyched to play it but i can't justify spending nearly 100 bucks more to poosibly get it a few weeks earlier

Nope - such is the risk with importing BUT - it was the PS button that had decided to take a 'holiday' = no power to drum kit.
Phillips head screw driver - bit of swearing . . . coupla bourbons and its back in action 'sarvo.
Obviously importing has its risks but - on the upside- with no void of warranty to worry about, the prospect of self-repair becomes attractive, and the majority of problems with the RB peripherals (drum kit / guitar) are relatively easily fixed at home without having to pack it all up, send it to the repairer, then wait 2 - 4 weeks for it to return.
Noticed on Ebay theres a guy in the US that sells replacement drum sensors for around 10 bucks + post - even tho it wasnt the problem this time for me, thinking it might be a wise investment for the future.
That said - word of caution fellow RBers' - treat the PS button on the drum kit gently otherwise the PS button alignment disk inside the case slips out of place and prevents powering of the unit.

Rock Band DLC, MTV2 and Maxïmo Park, June 12
Rock Band junkies, listen closely, for your foreseeable Thursday night has just been unveiled. The upcoming Rock Band DLC contains one thematic three-pack and a single by Maxïmo Park. The songs are as follows:
-MTV2 Pack ($2.99):
o Moving to Seattle, by The Material ($0.99)
o A Clean Shot, by The Myriad ($0.99)
o Bullets & Guns, by Them Terribles ($0.99)
-Girls Who Play Guitars, by Maxïmo Park ($0.99)
These tracks will be released with the rest of the weekly PlayStation Store update on June 12. I have to say though, as solid a game as Rock Band is, these four metal songs will only keep your gears grinding for so long before something else on June 12 snags your attention. Wonder what that could be...

Be glad that Rock Band gets weekly updates. Something is better than nothing ... it shows that Harmonix hasn't forgotten us.

Hey all.
I picked up Rockband off eBay about a month ago. Just wanted to say thanks to Wutang, Nightphant etc who provided all the early info on getting it imported over here and hooking up the DLC. Much appreciated that you guys all chipped in to get us Aussies a shot at Rockband.
For those of you in doubt, I can only strongly recommend you grab it if you see a good deal. It's one of the most immersive game experiences you'll have.

b77341 eh? I shall tell my friend that. She's been wanting a Rock Band set ever since I've imported mine lol. However, she's not really cool with back-ordering from Gamestop since the PS3 Bundle always gets taken off their website, and put back on again. Suspicious don't you think?

Yep - so true. Wont know about this weeks DLC until I've had a listen (the Preview option is a great add-on to the Music Store) but, all-in-all, the DLC content to date has been sensational.
This weeks looks a bit . . . left of centre . . but there may be a 'pearl' or two amongst them.
Last weeks Disturbed pack was excellent - not to everyones taste, to be sure - but I'm absolutely stoked. Guess that highlights the notion that they need a broad selection of DLC to appeal to all tastes.

Yeah i'm getting abit worried, it's been 3 weeks since i made my backorder with gamestop, and i've emailed them a few times. Each time they have just replied back with this item is not in stock and no date has been given by the manufacturor on delivery. So i don't know what to do. If i should just cancel my order and buy it off ebay.

Well i gave up on waiting. Cancelled my order with gamestop, and bought one from playconsoles. Came to 300 bucks shipped, but it's already been processed and ready to ship. So i'm paying a about 50 bucks extra to get it sooner, couldn't wait any longer.
Having that extra guitar sitting at home waiting for the bundle was excruciatingly painful
