Nah he gaurentees shipped within 24 hours of payment. So if you used paypal, consider it being shipped tonight while you sleep. When a USPS Express item is shipped from the states, when it gets to australia does it go through australia post or courier? Will they deliver on weekends?

actually, I believe its done through Australia Post here. Even if it was courier though, I dont know of any that deliver on weekends

I got my copy nearly 6 months ago off fleabay, and whilst I paid around 100 bucks more than you guys getting it now - it really was worth it.
Had a look on EBay before, and there are still a number of sellers but would suggest you avoid the 'free post' sellers since they are unlikely to send it USPS with a tracking number, and for this sort of money (and anticipation) you want to make sure it doesnt get "lost in transit" USPS has a good tracking system - parcel will be delivered Monday - Friday via Aus Post contract courier - takes (from my experience) around a week & half from order to door.
DiscoMark & Purple - really empathise guys - I'd be really pissed . . . but dont give up - it really is worth the effort (hard to believe about a simple game, I know, but it is - so much so I bought a spare drum kit just in case my carked it . . . and 2 extra guitars (Nyko Frontman) as well . . .

Sstick98, wow sound u are having full band on weekend performance....yeah agree with sstick98 avoid 'free post' with all cost..:D. I had mine delivered thru USPS and it took a week to arrive Melbourne. My addition rockband bundle due to arrive today or tomorrow....anyone interested?

I used a "free post" seller and your still paying the same as the others, just the post is included in the price.
Mine was sent with tracking and arrived in only about 5 days?
I can't remember who it was tho, he was all numbers I think?

He offered free shipping, and woke up this morning to find a nice little email saying my order had been shipped via priority USPS and came along with a tracking number and everything. So finally after being stuffed around by playconsoles looks like i'm finally going to get my rock band soon.

Gotta set up an american account and download through the PSN store. Wutang has a real good step-by-step process of using entropay (online credit card) to make a american account and download tracks. Skip back a few pages, will be on there. Maniaman, has yours been shipped?

Are you trying to purchase downloadable content?
If you are, you need to setup a 2nd user account, with an American PSN account attached to it. Then startup Rock Band when you're logged into the American account. Then you can access the "Music Store".
If you attempt to do it through your Australian account, all the songs all appear to be "Purchased" which isn't true

I ordered my rockband off ebay yesterday, will pay for it tonight. Getting shipped USPS priority. Can't wait! Probably make the drumpads silencers myself, and re-enforce the pedal. Only reason I want it is drums!

Goes under the Green and Red drum lids. Gives it extra support. Won't snap if you hit it very very hard?
I just don't like it vibrating when I hit the Green/Red lid.

Silencers, I found a website that tells you how to make them yourself, struts, same dealio, and pedal protector I will buy off ebay.
