I ordered mine off eBay yesterday, I decided to get the bundle + extra guitar, it was US $248.95 plus shipping was US $139.25. so about 413 Aus, but I'd rather get that than have to do another transaction and mess around with postage costs and that.

I'm pretty happy but, I think I'll start DLC after I've finished hard guitar/bass or something. Keen to give drums a shot but!

That's fine if you don't feel confident with it.

Just remember that there are people out there who are already using Entropay to purchase Rock Band DLC e.g. me, nightphant, Sstick98 ...

True - is a bit daunting . . . . but I've been using the EntroPay card system for nearly a couple of months now after Wutang01's great tips - and theres no dramas at all.

I'm VERY cautious about online trading - so many ways you can get ripped off (took me ages to trust PayPal) - but EntroPay does seem to be a solid service provider.

If ur worried - set up a CC with your bank that only has a really low limit ($250 say), and use that to set up your Entropay account.

Sounds like a bit of a hassle - but the DLC is worth the effort

And, as somoene who has DLC - i wouldn't wait to get it. it makes the game soooooo much better once you have unlocked all the songs.

It took just over 1 week from US on priority, but well worth the wait

I had a similar shindig at my house a few weeks back. Totally agree that its so cool to have the whole band atmosphere going.
Time to get the stage kit on PS3 I think (look at pic is that really a smoke machine?)....lol

Not sure. What I am sure about is that it would probably be a waste of money.
But then again, if you get this you may be able to justify a roadie to set it all up.

Personally I'm about halfway through expert on guitar and halfway through medium on drums (backed off on the drums a bit since the noise complaint )

Not sure if it's from playing so much guitar hero before this came out but finding it a lot easier.

It really depends on how you rock out. I've made some small investments to secure the pedal, and support the outer drum lids.

I believe DiscoMark has a new source for where he bought his bundle from.

And dsreaper, you'll love Rock Band. It's so fun especially the 4-player co-op

gamestop doesnt have stock, neither does play-asia. i'm looking at ebay for not (with wutang01's help) and i'm considering buying it really soon.

guys that have the whole bundle - how big is the box? i have a friend visiting the states soon, and i'm thinking of asking her to buy it for me from there. is it too big to take on a plane? heavy?

discomark - you have a new source? where from?

damn i want this game badly... i can just imagine 4 player coop after a few drinks
