Well Ive given Gamestop another go, reodered again as they said they never got my fax to confirm my Credit Card details. This time I also ordered the Nyko Frontman ($60) as it was only a extra $10 on the delivery.
This time I will go to the local stationary shop & send the fax there so I know it will get through ok, last time i used a fax machine at my sisters & none of knew what we were doing

Lets hope this works out for you. You will enjoy the game !! I would actually say I think that the frontman is a better guitar too.
With all your ups and downs on this I think at the moment you have to take the title for the longest running game purchase ever.

I agree, but things may change when we get our hands on Rock Band 2's guitar. I have a feeling THAT will be the best guitar ...

LOL yeah its been a long road to Rock Band, had to go thru the lows so I can enjoy the highs, its a rock star life RAFLMAO
EDIT: Just to make the story even more interesting Ive cancelled my GameStop order & purcahsed Rock Band from ebay for $92 plus postage LOL , full bundle, at that price its used of course but seller says its had less than 10 hours game play, couldnt resist the bargain price.

Well Im still waiting for the seller to confirm the postage price so I can pay so I dont expect to get Rock Band for at least 2 weeks & if it comes any quicker than that then all the better.
I cant stop checking out skins & stuff for the drums, too many choices, not sure what to buy but I think Ill wait until the actual bundle arrives.

So the silencing pads are different to the skins ? The skins wont do much silencing ?
I was thinking of getting this set, a skin for guitar & pads for drums as I want the Zakk Wlyde look for my guitar

The skins don't do anything. It's just an 'artwork' stuck onto the lid so it looks pretty (compared to the dull grey)

K , well might give you a yell when my bundle arrives, the set I was looking at says the drums pads are 3mm thick, not a skin sticker like the guitar so they might be ok.

came to $205 us (about $215 au) delivered for the special edition ps3
they order the stock through gamestop but you pay for it through barnes an noble so no faxing anything the shipping is express 3-5 day only $39.95 us , way better then gamestop's expensive 10-14 day untrackable airmail for $109 us ...

silencing pads are def recommended man you can get all differnt types id suggest a metal pedal as well , skins are a waste of time your paying lots $$$ for a sticker

Funny story, I didn't know that near the top of the drums ... you can pull out these two 'hooks' where you can place your drumsticks.

Ive already cancelled my order on Gamestop NAM187 & purchased a Used bundle for $92 on ebay plus shipping.
Also Gamestops shipping is only $59.99, not sure where you got the $109 from.

$109 aussie dollars is what it cost me for the shipping when i ordered mine from gamestop tha bastards!

Not always the way, the seller has stated in the listing that he got it as a present & hasnt used it for more than 10 hours of game play & that its all in perfect condition, so unless he wants negative feedback & a returned bundle, it should be fine.

i played guitar hero 3 and it was incerdible, a delight to play, i cant wait to get my sweaty ball smelling hands on this game! its going to be sweet, we can do it with our mates, ps.rate down billz 1508 hes not a nice guy!
