I was gonna wait for RB2 & get it while I was in America in November which she knew so she shouldnt be too upset. I'll just get the RB2 game by itself now when Im over there. $230US including shipping is pretty good.

Who has the drum silencers ? Are they really needed, the reason I ask is Ill proberly only be playing during the day as I work alot of evenings anyway & I cant see myself playing late at night as my fiancee will be in bed & cant have the tv up too loud anyways.
Anyone else got these support bars (struts) for the drums too ? Dont look too hard to make yourself but thinking of getting them to save me the trouble.

hahah good on you! how much will shipping be? cuz if its cheaper at gamestop, it might be a better idea for me to order from them as well..

Bundle was $169.99US & Shipping was $59.98US so all up it cost me $229.97US, not totally sure what that will be in $AU but it be around $245.
Anyone thinking of getting the bundle at Gamestop I would be quick because usually the bundle goes back onto backorder within days of it coming back into stock, well thats been the case the last few months that I have been checking it.
Now the waiting game begins

sh!te... thanks for the heads up! i was initially planning to get it next week, but i might change that. problem is, i sent the ebay guy a message today saying i'll buy it. if i back out from his offer now, i might get a negative feedback...

come to think of it.. you're paying all up about AU$245 right? my offer with the ebay dude is i think AU$350, which includes the Nyko guitar and delivery of everything. since the Nyko retails for about US$60, if i dont go with gamestop, i'll be paying about AU$40 more. do you guys think thats worth it?

Just checked Gamestop for you, a PS3 bundle plus a Nyko Frontman including delivery for it all will cost $300US , so about $315-320AU so it wont be costing you that much more.

ah really? i couldnt find the Nyko there when i checked earlier (plus my boss came round to ask me something 
) so its not too much of a difference then.. thats good to hear. do you need an account to estimate shipping prices? or you can only see that estimate when you checkout/before you pay?

Yeah I think you do, pretty easy to sign up.
I just put both the bundle & the frontman in my cart then went throu the checkout process until it gave me a final figure including postage then removed them from the cart. Both the bundle & frontman are in stock & will ship "usually within 24 hours".
Damm Im so excited at the thought of the bundle arriving in a couple weeks, hopefully less. I dont know how Im gonna keep this secret LOL

Im not sure on the legal aspects of those ebay offers, maybe you can withdraw a offer without any problems. And because of new ebay policy sellers can leave negative feedback anymore, only buyers can I believe. If you really want to get it from Gamestop then maybe contact ebay online help team & ask them if you can withdraw a offer without consequences.

Ordered a second Frontman + drum silencer pads from GS couple of weeks ago - delivery was about 8 days from order to door.
Congrats on your decision to get RB - really dont think you'll find anyone out there thats regretted it . . . .its an absolute hoot, and subtlely, but dramatically, different from the GH series.

yeah i read that fine print on the website... and it can only be delivered to your billing address. which means it cant be sent to your office their security is pretty tight..

guys.. anyone here know when the EL, QM, and SL drum pads were released?? my ebay source says his bundle is dated april 08.. i'm guessing that's probably the QM kit..
wutang and discomark, what version drum pads do you have? any problems with them so far?
